Did you know that the first Playmobil figures were created in 1974? Yes, that does mean this figure goes back to the company’s first year. The three types of models that Playmobil first sold were construction workers, Native Americans and knights. This figure is obviously a knight, it’s upper body is yellow and brown and its lower body is brown. This figure has a silver grey-ish helmet and medieval axe. It also has a black belt that provides the figure with a somewhere to place a gun if it ever has one.

An interesting fact is that Playmobils used to also be known by the name Klickies, this is because (as you know) they make a clicking kind of sound when you add or retrieve their accessories, and even when you place them on a surface. They were so well known by this name that even their original boxes had big stickers saying “Klicky” over the front of the box.
